SDM cannot startup

Hi, can anyone help with SDM startup? SDM failed to start at [PersistenceService].

Exception thrown in checkCoreServices(). Reason: SERVICE_FAILURE:  Core Service                                                                           

[ PersistenceService ] failed to start: SERVICE_FAILURE: Unable to start service                                                                           

[ PersistenceService ] Reason: Failed to initialize Persistence service. Failed                                                                             

to initialize Persistence service ErrorCode:43001 Action: Please try again.

SDM PersistenceService.log: Caused by: com.acmepacket.ems.common.error.PersistenceServiceEMSException: Failed to parse persistence XML. Failed to build entity manager properties for database OracleDb ErrorCode:43002. Cannot startup PersistenceService.

SDM ver 8.1 is sync'd with BIPublisher.
