Excel to CI upload functionality in PeopleSoft Requisition

Hi Team,

Currently we are on PeopleSoft 9.2 image 22 & we are looking for excel to CI or any functionality which supports to do bulk uploaded or real time integration of requisition or purchase order with third party tool.

looks like PeopleSoft had stopped excel to CI functionality in Purchasing.

Any inputs on this will be helpful.
