How to send an alert when a scheduled concurrent Job was cancelled.

Hello. I am aware of Business events but I want to know if there is an feature that I can use which fires a alert or notifies user when a scheduled request was terminated/cancelled. With the use of Business event I can alert when a request is put on hold but not cancelled. Any suggestions?
