how to restore database from S3 to a different host?

We are setting up database backup to AWS S3. We installed, configured and used the Oracle Secure Backup module per instructions. We are able to backup to S3 successfully. We can even restore to the same host. Question is how can we restore to a different host? wallet and other configuration files are local to the EC2 instance.
