HELP:UPGRADE issue -Upgrading SOA Domains- Oracle SOA 12.1.3 to Oracle SOA 12.2.1.3

Experts,

We are upgrading our SOA domains to 12.2.1.3 from 12.1.3. It is failing while performing pre upgrade readiness check.

apps/weblogic/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_home/user_projects/domains/domain1

apps/weblogic/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_home/user_projects/domains/domain2

Steps-

a) Backup of metadata Schema and backup of weblogic folder is taken

b)JDK1.8.. was installed and .profile was updated

c)under /apps/installer ran the java -jar fmw12.2.1.3.infrastructure.jar (not copied the exact jar name here) and done with inventory setup on the new oracle home

d)under /apps/installer, Installed 12.2.1 SOA JAR on the new oracle home

e) now when we run readiness check, getting below error-
