Incorrectly Split Warehouse Suggestions - Leads to Oversupply

Hi there. We're finding incorrectly split pick suggestions generated in F4611 which is leading to an oversupply in many cases. For example, a sales order line item quantity of 160 is usually correctly suggested as a 2 Carton pick (1 Carton = 8 Bags, 1 Bag = 10 Each). However, for example, on a same Pick Task and Pick Location, the suggestion is for 1 Carton on the first trip, then 2 Cartons on the second Trip - which results an oversupply of 80 Each. One symptom we're finding is the following quantity discrepancy in F4611: (R2TQL1/1000*R2QPL2) <> R2TQL2. We've
