UK - Making Tax Digital

There seems to be some vague notes around 'Making Tax Digital' (VAT) which comes into effect April 2019 but no specific information.

Note 2373813.1, for Ebsuiness Suite, Note 2358814.1 - general note.

The stance from oracle seems to be that they are reviewing but no details have been provided. 

April is not that far away and therefore it would be useful to understand if a solution can be expected from Oracle of if we should be looking at other solutions.

Has anyone lese investigated this or found any useful information or even alternatives to meet this legislative requirement.
