unable to use User variable in any Business Rule

Hello,

I want to use a user variable in Business rule.

1. I tried to use it with directly with "&", this was giving an error that substitution variable does not exist.

2. i tried to use it with CalMgr Variables. and then used that CalcMgr Variable in the Business Rule. But in this case run time prompt, opened and it didn't picked value from User Varibale

If any one have Tried it or have any solution Please share
