Any way to populate a DE from selected "To" users?

Hello all.

So far, I haven't seen any way to populate a DE - probably of a String type - with assigned user names in the "To" list. I wonder if that really is not possible for version 17.12 that I'm currently using.

The requirements are as following.

• The BP may have multiple records with pretty much the same characteristics. What differentiate each record to another is the assigned name at the To list.
• Users won't bother to pick user names from a multiple-items pull-down menu, as they'd see it as redundant process with selecting in the To list.
• Differentiating the Title also won't work, since users also won't bother being creative with the title. In fact, they'd simply copy an existing record and change the selection in the To list only.
