Sequentially Ordered Transaction ID

    We have vendor that requires that the oracle database have sequentially ordered transaction ids, we initially have configured our database to be a two node RAC cluster.  Because of this requirement we are looking at pinning all the activity to a single node.  Looking for additional recommendations or is this really the best option
