What is Approval Routing configuration(application) for approving orders?

Dear Team,

Please let me know the application to check the Approval Routing configuration for approving orders?

How do i ensure approval routing configuration exist for a particular user id/address number.Please advice.

Also in the below screen(P43081) who is the approver or responsible person to approve?

We are running on JDE 812
