Getting error on Get Fields JSON button while configuring Issue Tracking Systems in SAM IP2018

Hi,

We are on Siebel IP2018. We are trying to setup SAM and integrating with Jira Issue Tracking System.

While adding an Issue Tracking System i.e. JIRA in Systems we are facing an issue. When we click on Fields icon against Issue Tracking System in System, It appears a window Config Fields.

We entered an URI to get Fields. On click of Get Fields JSON button, we are getting below error after few mins.

I/O error on GET request for "https://jira.services.com/jira/rest/api/latest/issue/32131": Connection timed out: connect; nested exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
