Is there a way other than manually to create a pending cost record from a spreadsheet showing list p

We have a new business unit starting in our company, and we can do item imports from spreadsheets to get the new parts mastered and address the various attributes in the item master - including list price. We don't have a way to create pending costs. Is there some sort of upload available for that purpose? Once the pending costs are in, we can run the usual process to make them frozen costs.
