Personal Forms - Quick Hire P060116Q

Personal Forms are enabled for headerless detail forms, and it would be great to use with Quick Hire to make entry fields mandatory.  However, the grid columns aren't available in the Personal Form Manager to select and mark as required.  Is there any way to make the quick hire columns required?
