DMAAI 4337 and ST/OT Processing

In the ST/OT process, it appears that when the OT is created from the ST it is bringing over the GL Offset from the supplying branch and not the receiving branch. In our case, the supplying Branch is G/L Class Code IN36, but it should be IN71 to direct the freight to 2252000.221301.001.

How can we make the OT pull from the receiving branch?
