ORA-12505 After cancel dataloader.-

Hi Gurus,

Do you know if we can skip the following database error in Xstore v17 without re installing the entire database?

<DatasourceName>Local</DatasourceName>

  <Cause>dtv.data2.access.exception.FailoverException: java.sql.SQLException: Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:

ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor

We started to see the error after cancel a long time mnt file loader process.

We tried re starting the register, re starting database services (listener, etc) in windows, re starting windows, in the past this was fixed re installing register database in our dev lab.
