Ship To and Bill To in Advance Pricing

Hello Team,

Can someone help me with a basic mfg. question, i.e. what is the difference between ShipTo and BillTo in the context of advance pricing for sales. As part of the advance pricing for sales the customer is using complex grouping structure.

What I would like to know is that when an adjustment is created and assigned to both ShipTo and BillTo which one would the Sales Order pick and process? will it look at the adjustments assigned to ShipTo or BillTo?
