Mass update of Version processing options and data selections

Team

We are currently running a large implementation. We have already completed a large amount of configuration, but due to certain overarching business considerations we are having to update the MCUs and Company with some prefix. While the data part can be handled through SQL updates, I am concerned about versions which have the MCU/ Company as part of data selection. Any suggestions on how this can be done. We are also open to developing a utility which can do this. Any suggestions would help.
