BIP 12c setup

Hi Team,

We have installed BIP 12c standalone installation on one of our servers. For maintainence activity, windows server where BIP is installed is restarted.

Since then we are not able to access web logic or BIP console.

Oracle Business Intelligence [base_domain] windows service is started and running. But console did not come online.

Can you please suggest the steps to bring them online.
