Invalid objects - invalid since date

We are tracking down an issue where we are getting invalid views.  What we are trying to figure out is when they become invalid to help determine why.  Looking at the last_ddl_time in dba_objects it showed a date of two days ago.  However, that object wasn't invalid until today.  We have a daily report that shows invalids and it wasn't on there.  So, why would this date be older than it started to appear in dba_objects?  The view in question is a seeded EBS view WIP_FLOW_SCHDS_SN.  However, it has been other views as well so it's not just tied to
