Exclude specific combinations from proport on manually adjusted series

in Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC) Question

How do I exclude certain combinations from the proport on a manually adjusted series? Can this be achieved by setting the Do Fore to 2 "Do zero forecast" for the combinations I wish to exclude from proport?
