Need help -Rush hour time in OTM

Hi All,

Can you please provide detailed information on this below issues,

1) In ShipmentStop table how the values are getting stored  in Rush_hour_time/Rush_hour_time_base columns .

I've seen one record in Rate service "DIMA_TIME" with use Rush hour! But I couldn't get any information to proceed further.

2) What is the relation between Ratefactor & RateGeocost while doing Rating. Because I've uploaded RateGeocost data but it's not getting rated.

3) How accessorial Cost is getting applied after Rating ?
