"not populated by a crossedition trigger" error during finalize pahse

I have a question about online patching relating to a specific error message I'm getting in the finalize phase while apply the PDTR patch 28054249 on EBS 12.2.5 - the error is this:

    [ERROR]     Revised column PO.PO_REQUISITION_LINES_ALL.CLOSED_REASON#1 is not populated by a crossedition trigger. To avoid data loss, apply a corrective patch in the same online patching cycle or abort the online patching cycle

This is covered in the document "Patch 28054249 Fails During Finalize Phase With "Not Populated by a Crossedition Trigger" Error (Doc ID 2440463.1)" but I also have the error on a couple of other tables (
