how to prohibit dg broker from changing log_archive_dest_2 and log_archive_dest_state_2

Hi All,

I am fairly new to using data guard broker and we had someone set it up for us.

database version is 12.1.0.2.0

OS is Oracle Linux Server release 6.9

We have a cron which changes the standby db to snapshot db, generate reports and back to standby db.

We noticed that in our standby database, our $ORACLE_HOME/dbs size was getting huge and found that there were files with name format of "USE_DB_RECOVERY_DEST",

We checked any parameters that might have caused this or any changes, we saw that log_archive_dest_2 was configured with below
