R47121 does not create new Expired lots

We have valid business cases where the expired goods are moved to Destruction plant. In such cases the EDI batch contains data where,

- The expiry date of the lot is less than the transaction date (TRDJ)

- The expired lot is not available in the destruction Branch plant and has to be created by the EDI batch

When we process data by running R47121 for the scenario explained above, the To movement fails with the several errors,

-Lot Expiration Date Incorrect

-Effective Date greater than Expiration

-Best Before Date incorrect

-Sell By Date incorrect

-User Lot Date 1,3,4 and 5 incorrect

But when we change the transaction date to a day less than the expiry date manually in the EDI file and process, the lot gets created.
