Patch information for Oracle database vs ebs database

Dear Expert,

1.Oracle release patches quarterly , do i need to apply all recommended patch to all database or any different is there for ebs database & other database.

2.How to find what are all psu , spu , Bp interim patch has to apply to my database & grid to make my database secure & up to date for both ebs & non-ebs database

3.if still i use forms 6 report 6 with 12.1.0.2 (database) could i apply all patches as oracle quarterly released
