Ip17 - I want to understand how a end user request will flow incase of production, where we will have multi server (AI, siebel, and gateway) and load balancer.

Also, how can we configure AI to route request to each next siebel server.

Please suggest if we have any document, which can explain this in details and how can we achieve this.
