Custom report not triggering through AftLoad Event script

Hello,
We have a script in "AftLoad" event which triggers a Custom Report after completing the Data Load. The script executes for both Successful and failure loads.
There is no issue for the script in DEV and SIT environments but after migrating the script to Pre-Production(PPE) environment it is not working i.e the report is not triggering after completing the Data Load. There is no information in the Process logs related to the report triggering part.
I confirm that there is no issue with the Script as it is working fine in another environments.
