Wrong Serial No. entered during RMA order
Hi All,
RMA has been created but user entered wrong serial number due to which its not appearing in installed base.
RMA is closed now.
Can anyone please help me in knowing , how to correct the serial number.
Is there any other work around for this.
Can I suggest client to cancel this RMA and create a new RMA with correct serial Number.
