Lost Power - Some DB's are fine...

Greetings!

We lost power to a 11gR2 Windows 2012 DB server with several databases on it. Most of them came back up, but there are a few that while the service is running we are getting the ORA-12514 error when trying to connect via sqlplus or rman.  I have checked the listener control and the database that gets the error is not listed in there.  How do I recover something I cannot connect to?  Do I have any options besides recreate the database and restore from backup?  I'm going to need to delete and recreate this one to keep all the
