SMC3 Rateware/PC miler Integration failing after 18C upgrade

All,

After 18c OTM upgrade, our external engine integrations to PC Miler, SMC3 Rateware fails. Is there any additional glog property to be enabled after the upgrade?

Rateware: 

cause.REXRateware.0004 (e=com.sun.xml.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: No LicenseDetailImpl Key Supplied Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure., stackTrace=

com.sun.xml.ws.fault.SOAP11Fault.getProtocolException(SOAP11Fault.java:193)

We do have the right license info in the glog properties.

PC Miler:
