Forecasts: can we group branches to which the forecasts apply?

Our users came up with an interesting question: We are talking about a company with multiple branch plants, each representing a warehouse,

At the monet, each warehouse has its own forecast but sometimes products are shipped from one of the other warehouse, depending on where it's stored, which depends on space available at that time. When that happens, the SO is not consuming the forecast and then MPS asks to produce again what has been shipped.

Is there a way to group warehouse for which a forecast would apply so that a SO from one branch could consume the forecast of another branch?
