Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi Experts,

Please share me the steps to update NLS language in upgrade process.

I want to upgrade EBS R12.1.3 to R12.2.7. here my base language US(en) and installed language is AR(arebic).

Please guide me which patch to apply and when to apply what are the steps to be followed.
