CRP Released Load not consider WO without Routing (F3112)

Hi All

i ve the following setup

WC critical (3) machines based with 2 machines, 1 shift of 8 hours, 100% of utilization and efficency

create demand for an item with that WC: generate the WO from MRP.

RUN MRP ,RUN CRP (correctly setup)

Check the Period summary review (P3312) and the system do not show the wo with the load taken from Routing (F3003).

F3003 correctly setup, infact after the part list/routing attachment the load in P3312 is there.

I dont think i ve done a mistake on the setup... anyone have any idea?

Jde version is 9.2
