Oracle Forms 11g Installation | Stuck

Hi,

I'm stuck in Oracle Forms 11g installation in the step of "Executing opmnctl startproc ias-component" with no option to continue the installation as buttons are dimmed as per the below screen.

I went through all the prerequisites for the installation and applied them.

Ref to the below link, It was posted to continue with that error and apply a workaround after that but here I have no option to continue
