Issue with R12.2.8 R12 DB patching

Hi All

In the note for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2: Consolidated List of Patches and Technology Bug Fixes (Doc ID 1594274.1)

in the section

Table 1.4.0 - Patches and bug numbers for Database 12.1.0.2.0 (Bundle Patch 12.1.0.2.180417) (UNIX platforms)

It mentioned applying patch 20801452.  Also the etcc checker mentions apply this patch, but when I go to search on this patch it is obsolete, replaced by patch 28507324, which is fine.

But when I apply 28507324 there is no bug recorded for 20801452 and then the etcc checker keeps requesting this patch.

So are my assumptions fro the following correct:

1. Is 28507324  an ok replacement for 20801452, I assume so.
