Printing from P6 Pro to PDF - Big Margins on Bottom & Right

I have used P6 for a pretty long time now.  On all the computers I have had over the last 13 years, using various versions of P6 up through release 18.8, I have always had a problem making PDFs.  They always show up with an extra 1/2" on the bottom and right side more than the margin settings I selected.  The margins are correct when I print to hard copy, but wrong any time I print to PDF, no matter which PDF-maker I use.

I have submitted a SR ticket to Oracle Support and their response is to manually adjust the pm.ini file for each individual user who wants the correct size margin.  They say they can't change the application's default because "maybe some people want it the way it is."  My response to this is, why would anyone want margins set to something different than the setting they actually entered into the tool?!  I believe this is a bug that they need to fix.
