Feasible options whether to go for Upgrade or for Cloud

Team,   We are currently on R12.1.3 with considerable amount of customizations and connectivity with multiple legacy systems via interfaces. 

Can you please review the below generic questions from the Oracle EBS suite standpoint and clarify. 

(1) When is our current version of R12.1.3 will be desupported by Oracle?

(2) Would it be good if just stay on R12.1.3 with latest RPC patches installed and uptodate

(OR)

Would it help if we upgrade to R12.2?

(3) Can we directly move the R12.1.3 to Cloud instead?

Is this a feasible option or do we have customers who already did this ?
