Block inbound call on the P-Asserted-Identity

I normally use the fraud potection feature in the SBC and block calls on the number displayed in the From Field,

Is it possible to use fraud protection and the User-Agent-Haeder to block on the P-Asserted-Identity.
Below is an example (real numbers have been replaced)
