How to enter payroll Loan element entry from SIT workflow

Hello,

i was requested to create a loan request using SIT flexfield (from self service), and after final approve a new entry loan element should be created with relative data into Entries (linked to the appropriate person)

what is the best practice for that?

EBS: R12.1.3

OS:windows server 2008/R2

DB: 11.2.0.4
