R12 Internal requisitions not creating into sales orders

Hi Guys,

We have a number of internal approved requisitions which have not been converted into sales orders yet. Both the 'Create internal orders' + 'order import' concurrent requests are scheduled and completing successfully. Also, there are some req's which have been created since and they have successfully been created into sales orders.


Any ideas?
