Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to change the Lifecycle phase of a particular ICC

Hi,

Can any one please help me, I am not able to change the Life cycle phase for Items falling under a particular ICC.

I am able to change in master organisation, but not in other orgs.

I have provided the Item Author role still unable to change, the change Phase Button is only not available.

Please help.
