Questions Concerning How to streamline R03B16A_A/R Statistical History Refresh during Annual Close

As we approached the end of the year, our financial team would like us to investigate measures that can be put in place to allow the A/R Statistical History Refresh program to process in less time that it has in the past.  Considering the program is generated weekly, we would like understand what elements impact the completion of the program.  The business is comparing the timing to the previous program R03B16 and I was not on board to comment on.  Based on discussions from our development team the performance has improved.  Nevertheless I would like to satisfy the business questions
