Implementing Schedules that allow for 9/80
Good AFternoon ~
I am looking to find someone out there that has implemented 9/80 work week schedules for their employees. Currently all Non Exempt employees that work more than 40 hours get OT. This will get messy with a 9/80 schedule.
I know that Oracle is working on a solution for this, well maybe (2003 was the original ask). We need to find a way to get this to work within either payroll or OTL fairly soon.
How are others meeting this requirement? There needs to be someone out there that have done the same thing.
