Setup for splitting line with R42520 when Partial quantity available

Hello,

Can anybody help me in understanding what setups are required for splitting line with R42520 when partial quantity available.

I have already checked backorder and partial shipment setup in Item master, Item Branch and customer master.

Also availability check is activated in P4210 processing options.

Please help.
