dataguard using ASM on windows

I am looking for information on using Dataguard on Windows with databases using ASM (and Grid Infrastructure)

After quite a bit of research, I am still left with a conflict that I cannot solve.

My problem:

According to my tests - and supported by several Support notes - the database must be able to connect
to the ASM instance using NTS (both for starting the instance and even creating the database using DBCA)
That is: SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES must contain "NTS"  - as in "(NONE, NTS)", "(NTS)",
"(NTS,NONE)" etc.

The requirement for running Dataguard is that the components of Datagaurd must be able to connect using
