Entering New Smart Form Data

Hi we have been live on 12.1.3 since 1 April 2017.

During that period a lot of the staff that worked on the implementation have left the organization.

One of the new hires, in our Central Procurement team has come from a non Oracle background & is starting to pick through the points of pain for he team.

At the moment her biggest gripe in with new Smart Forms eg:

iProc Admin > Stores > Smart Forms > Create Smart Forms

This is compounded by the fact that we have 5 x OUs

Doe anyone have any experience of how to speed this up?

I am guessing API, ADI, or even 3 party products ?
