Missing rows in Planning form

Hi all,

We are experiencing something weird with a couple of our forms. These forms have two sparse dimensions nested in rows, Facility and ICP.

This is what the form shows:

And this is Essbase:

The highlighted lines in the second image related to ICP_xxxx01 DO have data, but they refuse to show up in the form above. However, we are still able to see the total for ICP_xxxx01 at the "Internal Deposits" level. That total is the sum of the 3 highlighted internal deposits.

we considered that maybe the Facility dimension neded to be aggregated, like this:
