Sales Order Created from Contracts

Hi All,

Need help on below 2 scenarios.

1. Is there any program which will create sales order in order management from service contract having service line and sub-line. I think 'Service Contracts Subscription Fulfillment Program' creates order just from subscription lines.

2. I have a subscription line having subscription item with  'Track in Installed Base' set. Still the Install Base instance is not getting created from authoring form. Is there any program or profile needs to be set up or instance should be created automatically on the basis of 'Track in Installed Base'  flag.
