Oracle Business Publisher Installation for CE reports

Dear Community,

I am installing oracle BI publisher for CE reports , I download many weblogic middleware software(BI related ) but I did not find this  fmw_12.2.1.2.0_bi_platform_linux64.bin(UNIX) , Its mentioned in  BI installation guide, Can anybody suggest the link
